by which I mean

let's actually figure things out for this so we can have an even better entry next time because damn ours was nice even though we actually started about 3 days before the deadline imagine what we could do with all of the time we're given

So far as I can tell, most of the groups have done fic/art entries, so unless we come up with another awesome idea like the slot machines, I think that sounds pretty good? The prompt is monsters, so I haven't immediately seen an opportunity for a similar collab. I'll be thinking, though!

Amy and I discussed for a bit the possibility of organizing perhaps tues-thurs-sat discussions, if those are convenient. We could also find other days, if there are too many conflicts.

Additionally, if we do a fic/art entry this round, we thought perhaps since we have two weeks, the first week could be put towards fic-ing, and on the sat/whatever final meeting of that week the team would pick which fic to use this time (because unfortunately collabing on fics is a bit harder and we can't exactly put them together unless happy coinkydinks because word limits are awful), and then our team members geared towards art/picture-y things/visuals/wait aren't written slash typed words visuals/man I'm kind of confusing myself here/ also prattling on as always but if I keep making dumb infoposts then I think you'll have to get somewhat used to it/I apologize for that though/was there a subject oh wait there we go would do their stuff over the next week.

And whichever side is off that week could work on br point racking upping!

Also sorry to the writers that my lateness in alerting you guys has probably cut somewhat into your writing time?? And to artists who already started on a piece, we can figure out if we want a different system later too but howsabouts we have a team meet tomorrow since it'll be tuestay gast is this the part where i say something about fat nasty trash hm idk anyways we need to talk

i dont know about you guys but I gave myself a really bad headache on the plane worrying about whether we'd be able to get a piece in on time

 I guess this is a pretty haphazard method of doing things, but we'll use Google Spreadsheets to plan at least this first meeting.

The only necessary information is timezone and times available, although if you want to mention more, go right ahead! If you don't want to just use the column for flexibility and comments, go ahead and just use another part of the spreadsheet, indicate that it's you talking, and just say whatever! Or comment or post anything on the comm because that's a lot easier, but I just like messing around on spreadsheets sometimes, you know?

So yeah, everyone put something down! It should be open for editing. We can decide the "official" discussion time after most if not all people have added their info, but of course it'll b

As for reminders, we have two people remaining who haven't yet checked in. You know who you are. It'll be great having you on the team, so be sure to do so! If you know them or have any methods of contacting them that haven't been listed elsewhere on here (because chances are that I have or will contact them those ways over the course of the day) then please let them know!

Also, everyone should make an effort to check the comm at least once a day, although the best thing would be to have email notifications set on, at least for new posts. After everyone's present, we won't need to make as many update posts that we have been, trying to catch everyone's attention, and we'll be doing most of our discussions via comments and chats, most likely. Don't let that deter you if you have something to say via post, but I at the least won't be spamming everyone as much. Hopefully. 

Additionally, I've made a Skype group, and if you've exchanged contact info with me, then I added you to it. I think you should be made aware of it when you get on? But I'm not sure, so we'll see. There are two people who I've added to my contacts who haven't confirmed, and then there are 2 people on our team whose Skypes I don't have at all. I'd like to have everyone in the group as soon as possible to avoid confusion later, so please check on that!
